ATLAS products are sold to business buyers by inquiry. Pricing, MOQ, lead time and payment terms are confirmed in a written quote for each order.
Specifications and documents
Capacity, output ratings, dimensions, weight and battery type are confirmed on inquiry and fixed after sample approval. Compliance and shipping documents for the exact production model are provided on inquiry. ATLAS products are designed by ATLAS Power Networks and manufactured by verified factory partners.
Warranty, returns and commercial terms
Warranty, returns and commercial terms for business orders are confirmed in the quotation and order agreement.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ATLAS Power Networks, Inc. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, and total liability arising from a product or order is limited as set out in the quotation and order agreement. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
